For the Caribou project, I was tasked with designing live visuals for DJ Caribou's performance at the Are You Affiliated charity event at King Street Social in North Shields. I created a 5-meter-wide projection screen behind the stage and developed dynamic visuals that responded live to Caribou's new album, which I had early access to. Drawing inspiration from North Shields' rich industrial history, I incorporated imagery of local shipyards, cranes, and fishermen, along with 3D visuals of Caribou's head. On the night, I used Resolume software to control and project the visuals in real-time, integrating them with the music to enhance the immersive experience. This event, supporting the YMCA, highlighted the community-focused spirit of the venue and its connection to the region's cultural heritage.
